The Baja Designs Squadron XL-R Pro is a round version of the Squadron XL light. There really is not any difference in performance between the XL-R and the XL, just that some people prefer the round bezel as it closer resembles a classic HID light. The Baja Designs Squadron XL-R provides more distance and total light output than the standard Squadron due to the fact that it utilizes the High Speed Spot reflectors that are used on the OnX series light bars. The Squadron XL-R measures 4.43″ x 3.65″ x 4.43″ and provides 4900 lumens of light output. The Squadron XL-R is available in a combo, high speed spot, and wide cornering beam patterns. These lights are pefect for mounting on the bumper of your vehicle or you can use them on the A-pillar or even on the roof. The Squadron XL-R offers the distance of an 8″ HID and provides a great alternative for a light bar while still getting the distance and amount of light that a large bar provides.
